Right of Access to Information
Under Decree No. 41 of 2011 dated May 26, 2011, relating to access to administrative documents of public bodies, revised and supplemented by Decree No. 54 of 2011 dated June 11, 2011, any natural or legal person has the right to access administrative documents, either on the initiative of the public body or at the request of the interested party, subject to the exceptions provided by this decree.
